Newsleader – റബ്കോ കമ്മീഷന് ഏജന്റ കൂടിയായി എ കെ ബിജോയാണ് കേസില് ഒന്നാം പ്രതി.പി സതീഷ് കുമാര് 13ാം പ്രതിയും സിപിഎം വടക്കാഞ്ചേരി നഗരസഭ കൗണ്സിലര് പി ആര് അരവിന്ദാക്ഷന് 14ാം പ്രതിയുമാണ്. കുറ്റപത്രത്തില് ആകെ 55 പ്രതികളാണുള്ളത്. ഇതില് അഞ്ചെണ്ണം കമ്പനികളാണ്.കരുവന്നൂര് ബാങ്ക് തട്ടിപ്പില് കേരള പൊലീസില് രജിസ്റ്റര് ചെയ്ത കേസിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് ഇഡി അന്വേഷണം തുടരുന്നത്. പ്രതികളുടെ 97 കോടി രൂപയുടെ സ്വത്ത് ഇഡി കണ്ടുകെട്ടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
