Newsleader – കാസര്‍കോട് നിന്നുള്ള ഭിന്നശേഷി കുട്ടികളുടെ ചെണ്ടമേള കലാവിരുന്നും കലോത്സവ ചരിത്രത്തില്‍ ആദ്യമായി ഗോത്ര കല ഉള്‍ക്കൊള്ളിച്ചു മംഗലം കളിയും സിനിമ താരം ആശ ശരത്തും സംഘവും അവതരിപ്പിച്ച സ്വാഗത ഗാനത്തിനിന്റെ ദൃശ്യാവിഷ്‌ക്കാരവും പ്രധാന വേദിയില്‍ അരങ്ങറി.ജനുവരി 4 മുതല്‍ 8 വരെ 24 വേദികളിലായാണ് കലോത്സവം.എട്ടിന് വൈകീട്ട് അഞ്ചിന് സമാപനസമ്മേളനം പ്രതിപക്ഷനേതാവ് വി.ഡി. സതീശന്‍ ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്യും. മന്ത്രി ജി.ആര്‍.അനില്‍ സുവനീര്‍ പ്രകാശനം ചെയ്യും. മലയാളത്തിന്റെ മഹാനടന്‍ മമ്മൂട്ടി
