Newsleader – പദ്ധതിയുടെ നോഡല്‍ അക്കൗണ്ടിലേക്ക് കേരളം ഫണ്ട് നിക്ഷേപിച്ചത് സെപ്റ്റംബര്‍ 13ന് മാത്രമാണ്. വിശദീകരണം കേന്ദ്രത്തിന് ഇ- മെയില്‍ വഴി നല്‍കിയത് സെപ്റ്റംബര്‍ 15നും. ഇതു ലഭിച്ചയുടന്‍ തന്നെ കേന്ദ്ര വിഹിതത്തിന്റെ ആദ്യഗഡു നല്‍കാന്‍ നടപടിയെടുക്കുകയും സെപ്റ്റംബര്‍ 22ന് തുക നല്‍കുകയും ചെയ്തുവെന്ന് ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി സോളിസിറ്റര്‍ ജനറല്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കി. കേരള സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ വീഴ്ചകള്‍ മൂലമാണ് വിഹിതം ജൂെലെ മാസത്തില്‍ത്തന്നെ നല്‍കാന്‍ കഴിയാതിരുന്നതെന്നും കേന്ദ്രം അറിയിച്ചു. ഇക്കാര്യത്തില്‍ വിശദീകരണം നല്‍കാന്‍ സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ അഭിഭാഷകന്‍ സമയമാവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. അടുത്ത തിങ്കളാഴ്ച കേസ് വീണ്ടും പരിഗണിക്കും.
