Newsleader – പൊലീസ് ആക്ട് 83 ഉപവകുപ്പ് 2 പ്രകാരം പ്രത്യേക സുരക്ഷാമേഖലയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ച സെക്രട്ടേറിയറ്റിലെ പ്രവേശനത്തിനും കെട്ടിടങ്ങളുടെ ഉപയോഗത്തിനും കര്‍ശന നിയന്ത്രണം ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്തി.ആഭ്യന്തര വകുപ്പും പൊതുഭരണ ഹൗസ്‌കീപ്പിംഗ് വിഭാഗവും ചിത്രീകരണാനുമതി നല്‍കുന്നത് അവസാനിപ്പിച്ചു സെക്രട്ടേറിയറ്റിനു മുന്നിലെ റോഡിലും കര്‍ശനവ്യവസ്ഥകളോടെയാവും ഷൂട്ടിംഗ് അനുമതി. 500മീറ്റര്‍ പരിധിയില്‍ ഡ്രോണ്‍ പറത്താനും സുരക്ഷാ മേഖലകള്‍ ചിത്രീകരിക്കാനും വിലക്കുണ്ട്. പൊലീസിനൊഴികെ തോക്കും ആയുധങ്ങളും അനുവദിക്കില്ല.
