Newsleader – കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷം 17 ലക്ഷത്തിലധികം ദീപങ്ങളാണ് തെളിച്ചത്. 15.76 ലക്ഷം ചെരാതുകള്‍ക്ക് ദീപം പകര്‍ന്ന് അയോദ്ധ്യയിലെ ദീപോത്സവം ഗിന്നസില്‍ ഇടം നേടിയിരുന്നു. അഞ്ചോ അതില്‍ കൂടുതലോ നേരം പ്രകാശിച്ചവയെ ആയിരുന്നു റെക്കോര്‍ഡിലേക്ക് പരിഗണിച്ചത്. ഇതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് 15.76 ലക്ഷം ദീപങ്ങളെ റെക്കോര്‍ഡിലേക്ക് പരിഗണിച്ചത്. 2017-മുതലാണ് അയോദ്ധ്യയില്‍ ദീപങ്ങള്‍ തെളിയിക്കുന്ന ചടങ്ങ് ആരംഭിച്ചത്. 2017-ല്‍ 51,000 ചെരാതുകള്‍ക്കാണ് പ്രകാശം പകര്‍ന്നത്. 2019-ല്‍ 4.10 ലക്ഷവും 2020-ല്‍ ആറ് ലക്ഷം, 2021-ല്‍ ഒന്‍പത് ലക്ഷവും കടന്നു. ഇതോടെയാണ് ഗിന്നസ് റെക്കോര്‍ഡ് പിറന്നത്.
