ഹൈക്കോടതി സ്റ്റേ നല്‍കുമോ ?

Newsleader – ഉത്തരവ് തിങ്കളാഴ്ചവരെ നടപ്പാക്കരുതെന്ന് ഹൈക്കോടതി നിര്‍ദ്ദേശിച്ചിരുന്നു.ചാന്‍സലറുടെ ഉത്തരവിനെതിരെ രണ്ടു വി.സിമാരും ഹൈക്കോടതിയില്‍ ഹര്‍ജി നല്‍കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. പുറത്താക്കപ്പെട്ടവര്‍ക്ക് അപ്പീല്‍ നല്‍കാന്‍ ഹൈക്കോടതി ഉത്തരവുപ്രകാരം 10ദിവസത്തെ സാവകാശം അനുവദിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഈ കാലാവധി ഇന്ന് തീരും.
