Newsleader – ഹര്‍ജിയില്‍ തീരുമാനമാവുന്നതുവരെ അറസ്റ്റുപോലുള്ള കടുത്ത നടപടികളുണ്ടാകരുതെന്ന് ഹൈക്കോടതി നേരത്തെ നിര്‍ദേശിച്ചിരുന്നു. അന്വേഷണവുമായി സഹകരിക്കണമെന്നും, ആവശ്യമായ രേഖകള്‍ എക്‌സാലോജിക് സൊലൂഷന്‍സ് എസ്എഫ്ഐഒയ്ക്ക് കൈമാറണമെന്നും കോടതി ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു. എസ്എഫ്ഐഒ അന്വേഷണം നിലനില്‍ക്കില്ലെന്നാണ് എക്സാലോജിക്ക് കോടതിയില്‍ വാദിച്ചത്. രജിസ്ട്രാര്‍ ഓഫ് കമ്പനീസ് അന്വേഷണം തുടരുകയാണെന്നും ഇതുമായി സഹകരിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്നും എക്‌സാലോജിക് വാദിച്ചു. അതിനിടെ എസ്എഫ്ഐഒ അന്വേഷണം പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ച ഉത്തരവ് നിലനില്‍ക്കില്ലന്നാണ് കമ്പനി വാദിച്ചത്. എന്നാല്‍ എസ്എഫ്ഐഒ അന്വേഷണം തുടങ്ങിയതോടെ രജിസ്ട്രാര്‍ ഓഫ് കമ്പനീസിന്റെ അന്വേഷണം ഇല്ലാതായതായി കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
