Newsleader – എട്ട് ബില്ലുകള്‍ ഗവര്‍ണര്‍ ഒപ്പിടാതെ വൈകിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനെതിരെയാണ് കേരളം സുപ്രീംകോടതിയില്‍ ഹര്‍ജി നല്‍കിയത്.200ാം അനുഛേദം അനുസരിച്ച് നിയമസഭ പാസാക്കി പരിഗണനയ്ക്ക് വിട്ട ബില്ലുകളില്‍ ഗവര്‍ണര്‍ എത്രയും വേഗം തീരുമാനം എടുക്കണമെന്നും ഗവര്‍ണറുടെ നിലപാട് ഭരണഘടനയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാന ഘടനയ്ക്ക് വിരുദ്ധമാണെന്നും സദ്ഭരണ സങ്കല്‍പ്പം അട്ടിമറിക്കുന്നതായും കേരളം ഹര്‍ജിയില്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.ഗവര്‍ണര്‍ കേരളത്തിലെ ജനങ്ങളോടും നിയമസഭ അംഗങ്ങളോടും കടുത്ത അനീതിയാണ് കാണിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് വ്യക്തമാക്കിസംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ സുപ്രീംകോടതിയില്‍ പ്രത്യേക അനുമതി ഹര്‍ജിയും സമര്‍പ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
