സര്‍വേ നടത്താന്‍ കോടതി ഉത്തരവ്

Newsleader – മസ്ജിദ് കമ്മിറ്റിക്ക് വേണ്ടി മുതിര്‍ന്ന അഭിഭാഷകന്‍ ഹുസേഫ അഹമ്മദി സുപ്രീം കോടതിയില്‍ ഹാജരായി. അവധിക്ക് ശേഷം കേസ് പരിഗണിക്കാമെന്നും ജനുവരി 9ന് തുടര്‍വാദം പുനരാരംഭിക്കുമെന്നും ജസ്റ്റിസ് ഖന്ന പറഞ്ഞു. ഷാഹി ഈദ്ഗാ മസ്ജിദിന്റെ സര്‍വേയ്ക്ക് അഭിഭാഷക കമ്മീഷണറുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ പരിശോധന നടത്തണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടുകൊണ്ട് സമര്‍പ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷയാണ് അലഹബാദ് ഹൈക്കോടതി കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം അംഗീകരിച്ചത്.
