Newsleader – അഭിമന്യു കൊലക്കേസിലെ കുറ്റപത്രവും അനുബന്ധ രേഖകളും അടക്കമാണ് കാണാതായത്. ഹൈക്കോടതി ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസ് സംഭവം നേരിട്ട് അന്വേഷിക്കണമെന്ന് എസ്എഫ്ഐ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നു. എറണാകുളം പ്രിന്‍സിപല്‍ സെഷന്‍സ് കോടതിയില്‍ നിന്നാണ് രേഖകള്‍ കാണാതായത്. ഇതില്‍ കേസില്‍ പൊലീസ് അന്വേഷണത്തിനൊടുവില്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിച്ച കുറ്റപത്രവും പോസ്റ്റ്മോര്‍ട്ടം റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടും അടക്കം ഉള്‍പ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നാണ് വിവരം.മൂന്ന് മാസം മുന്‍പാണ് രേഖകള്‍ കാണാതായത്. സംഭവത്തില്‍ അന്വേഷണത്തിന് മുതിരാത്ത സെഷന്‍സ് കോടതിയുടെ നീക്കങ്ങളും വിമര്‍ശിക്കപ്പെടുന്നുണ്ട്.
