വിനായകന്റെ കേസില്‍ വഴിത്തിരിവ്

Newsleader – പോലീസ് മര്‍ദനത്തെ തുടര്‍ന്നാണ് വിനായകന്‍ ജീവനൊടുക്കിയതെന്നായിരുന്നു പരാതി. കേസില്‍ പോലീസുകാര്‍ക്കെതിരേ ആത്മഹത്യാപ്രേരണക്കുറ്റം ചുമത്തിയിരുന്നില്ല. കേസില്‍ ക്രൈംബ്രാഞ്ചാണ് കുറ്റപത്രം സമര്‍പ്പിച്ചിരുന്നത്. മോഷണക്കുറ്റം ആരോപിച്ചാണ് പോലീസ് വിനായകനെ കസ്റ്റഡിയിലെടുത്ത് അതിക്രൂരമായി മര്‍ദിക്കുന്നത്. തുടര്‍ന്നുണ്ടായ മാനസിക വിഷമത്തിലാണ് വിനായകന്‍ ജീവനൊടുക്കിയത്. സംഭവവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് രണ്ട് കേസാണ് എടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. കസ്റ്റഡിയിലിരിക്കെ മര്‍ദ്ദിച്ചു എന്ന കേസും ആത്മഹത്യാകേസുമാണ് എടുത്തിട്ടുള്ളത്.
