Newsleader – കോര്‍പ്പറേഷന്‍ ആരോഗ്യ വിഭാഗം രാവിലെ ആറുമുതല്‍ പത്തുവരെ നാലു സംഘങ്ങളായി തിരിഞ്ഞ് നഗരത്തിലെ ഹോട്ടലുകളില്‍ നടത്തിയ പരിശോധനയിലാണ് പഴകിയ ഭക്ഷണം പിടിച്ചെടുത്തത്. ഒരാള്‍ മരിക്കുകയും 180ലേറെപ്പേര്‍ ഭക്ഷ്യവിഷബാധയേറ്റ് ചികിത്സ തേടുകയും ചെയ്തതിന് ശേഷവും ഭക്ഷ്യയോഗ്യമല്ലാത്ത ഭക്ഷണം വിളമ്പുകയാണ് ചില ഹോട്ടലുകള്‍. റോയല്‍, പാര്‍ക്ക്, കുക്ക് ഡോര്‍, ചുരുട്ടി, വിഘ്നേശ്വര എന്നിവിടങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നാണ് കേടായ ചിക്കന്‍, ബീഫ്, ബിരിയാണി, കേടായ മുട്ട, പൊറോട്ട, ചപ്പാത്തി അച്ചാറുകളെന്നിവ പിടികൂടിയത്. ഇവ കോര്‍പ്പറേഷന്‍ ഓഫീസിനു മുന്നില്‍ ഹോട്ടലുകളുടെ പേര്‍ സഹിതം പ്രദര്‍ശിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
