Newsleader – നിയമ ലംഘനം നടന്നിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്ന് കേന്ദ്രസര്‍ക്കാര്‍ പരിശോധിക്കണമെന്നും നിയമം അനുസരിച്ച് നടപടി എടുക്കണമെന്നും കോടതി വ്യക്തമാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. അനാമിക ജയ്‌സ്വാള്‍ നല്‍കിയ പൊതുതാല്‍പര്യ ഹര്‍ജിയിലാണ് കോടതിയുടെ ഉത്തരവ്. ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസ് ഡിവൈ ചന്ദ്രചൂഡ് അദ്ധ്യക്ഷനായ ബെഞ്ചാണ് വാദം കേട്ടത്. റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടിലെ ആരോപണങ്ങള്‍ പരിശോധിക്കുന്ന വിദഗ്ദ്ധ സമിതിയിലും സെബിയുടെ അന്വേഷണത്തിലും അവിശ്വാസം അറിയിച്ചായിരുന്നു ഹര്‍ജി നല്‍കിയത്.
