Newsleader – സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാരിനുവേണ്ടി സ്റ്റാന്റിങ് കോണ്‍സല്‍ സി.കെ ശശിയാണ് ബുധനാഴ്ച രാത്രി റിട്ട് ഹര്‍ജി ഫയല്‍ചെയ്തത്.നിയമസഭ പാസ്സാക്കിയ എട്ട് ബില്ലുകളില്‍ ഗവര്‍ണര്‍ ഒപ്പിട്ടിട്ടില്ലെന്നും, തീരുമാനം വൈകിപ്പിക്കുകയാണെന്നും ഹര്‍ജിയില്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി. ഗവര്‍ണറുടെ നടപടി ഭരണഘടനാ വിരുദ്ധമാണെന്നും ഹര്‍ജിയില്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.ഭരണഘടനയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാന തത്വങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വിരുദ്ധമായാണ് ഗവര്‍ണര്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നതെന്നും ഹര്‍ജിയില്‍ പറയുന്നു. നിയമോപദേശത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് ഗവര്‍ണര്‍ക്കെതിരെ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഹര്‍ജി നല്‍കിയത്.
