Newsleader – ജസ്റ്റിസ് ബിശ്വനാഥ് രഥ് അധ്യക്ഷനായി സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ രൂപീകരിച്ച ഉന്നതതല സമിതിയാണു നിലവറയിലെ രണ്ട് അറകളും തീരുമാനിച്ചത്. താക്കോല്‍ നല്‍കാന്‍ ശ്രീ ജഗന്നാഥ് ക്ഷേത്ര ഭരണ സമിതിയോട് ജസ്റ്റിസ് ജഗന്നാഥ് രഥിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള സമിതി ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു. രഥോത്സവത്തിന്റെ നടത്തിപ്പുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട തിരക്കിലായതിനാല്‍ ഇതു നിര്‍ദേശിച്ച സമയത്ത് കൈമാറാനായില്ല. തുടര്‍ന്നാണ് 14ന് താക്കോല്‍ നല്‍കാനുള്ള നിര്‍ദേശം. ഈ താക്കോല്‍ കൊണ്ട് നിലവറ തുറക്കാനായില്ലെങ്കില്‍ താഴ് തകര്‍ക്കാനും തീരുമാനിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
