Newsleader – കൊല്ലംകോട് നിന്നും നീരോടിയിലേക്കുള്ള ഭാഗത്തെ 50 വീടുകളില്‍ വെള്ളം കയറിയിട്ടുമുണ്ട്. പൊഴിക്കരയില്‍ റോഡ് പൂര്‍ണമായും വെള്ളത്തിനടിയിലായി. പൊഴിയൂരില്‍ വെള്ളം കയറിയതോടെ പത്തോളം കുടുംബങ്ങളെ വീടുകളില്‍ നിന്ന് ഒഴിപ്പിച്ചു. തൃശൂരില്‍ പെരിഞ്ഞനത്താണ് കടലേറ്റം. തിരകള്‍ ശക്തമായി കരയിലേക്ക് അടിച്ചുകയറി. വെള്ളവും മണ്ണും അടിച്ചു കയറി മത്സ്യബന്ധന വലകള്‍ക്ക് കേടുപാടുകള്‍ സംഭവിച്ചിട്ടുമുണ്ട്.
